Celosia is a small genus of edible and ornamental plants in the amaranth family.
The generic name is derived from the Ancient Greek word κήλεος, meaning "burning", and refers to the flame-like flower heads. They are often referred to as cocks combs as they resemble the top comb of the rooster.
They are beautiful dried and will retain their color for a long time.
Please note each bunch is unique and may vary slightly from the image.
